Our
fluorometers are:
Versatile. The components of our fluorometer systems are modular.
They can interchangeably connect to a fluorescence microscope, a cuvette accessory,
or a surface fluorescence probe.
Sensitive and have low
noise. Our fluorometers are entirely
digital. We use end-on photon-counting PMT's for high sensitivity, wide dynamic range and
low noise.
Multiwavelength. Select up to eight excitation and eight emission
wavelengths for measurement of nearly any fluorescent probe or probe combination.
You can use both excitation and emission wavelength-shift probes (fura-2, BCECF,
indo-1, etc.) in several combinations. Our imaging system also supports imaging
at eight wavelengths!
Fast. You can acquire up to eight
excitation-emission wavelength pairs in 8 milliseconds (1 KHertz/wavelength
pair) with our photometry systems.
Fluorescence ratios (fura-2, indo-1, etc.) can be measured at 0.5 KHertz, continuously
(500 ratios/sec).
Plug and
Play. No optical alignment required. Just plug it in and
collect data.
Economical. Our systems offer more, but cost much less.
