Demonstration Videos

We have several videos that you can download which illustrate the operation of our fluorescence systems and FluorMeasureTM software.  If you have problems viewing these videos, please contact us.  The problem may be that you do not have the required codec loaded in your computer.  You can download a set of codecs for the Windows Media Player from our site (717 KB).  These videos are in AVI format, and were encoded using the MPEG-4 Video Codec.

  • Acquiring Analog Data Simultaneously (4,033 KB)
This video illustrates how FluorMeasureTM can be set up to acquire and display analog data in a synchronous fashion with fluorescence data.

  • Changing an Interference Filter (8,708 KB)
This video illustrates the procedure to add an interference filter to our Model D48 photon-counting detector.  The identical procedure is used for our S48D Illuminator.

  • Changing Fluorescence Display Settings (4,506 KB)
This video illustrates some features in FluorMeasureTM that can be used used to change how data is displayed in a data-monitoring window.

  • Monitoring a Fluorescence Ratio (3,581 KB)
This video illustrates how a fluorescence ratio between two fluorescence channels can be displayed in FluorMeasureTM.  This feature makes is easy to monitor a fluorescence ratio in real time during an experiment.

  • Setting up Multiwavelength Measurements (3,963 KB)
This video illustrates how FluorMeasureTM is set up to enable data acquisition to measure fluorescence from several excitation and emission wavelengths.

  • Changing the Wavelength Sequence (3,157 KB)
This video illustrates how a wavelength sequence is changed in FluorMeasureTM to implement a multiwavelength experiment.

  • Changing Fluorescence Acquisition Settings (5,046 KB)
This video demonstrates how wavelength setting in FluorMeasureTM are changed using the Sequencer.
